2. License & Usage
Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). However, the following terms apply to our premium support and automatic updates:
- Single Site License: Valid for one domain only.
- Lifetime License: Grants you access to updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
- API Usage: You may not use our API endpoints for any purpose other than the intended plugin functionality.
3. Payments & Renewals
We offer both subscription-based (Daily/Monthly) and One-time payment (Lifetime) models.
- Recurring Billing: Subscription plans will automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Active subscriptions will be notified 30 days in advance.
4. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If the plugin does not work on your site and our support team cannot fix the issue, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Conflicts with 3rd party plugins not officially supported.
- If you refuse to give our support team access to investigate an issue.
5. Support Policy
Support is provided via email and our ticket system. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Support covers bug fixes and installation help. It does not cover customization of the plugin's code for your specific needs.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our ecosystem, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OTUT Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
